Kia Service is exceptional. The facility itself is spotless clean. Nice assortment of current magazine for men and women, nice little snacks and power station for charging your phone or iPad. Came in for basic maintenance to find my vehicle needed further items. No pushy sales or fear tactics to make you buy the extras just simple straightforward explanations. Where Gay Kia won my loyalty is because of how Chad Lyles engaged my ten year old son who is on the autism spectrum. He spoke to him directly, answered his countless questions with genuine kindness and a simple smile. What was suppose to be an hour turned into the entire afternoon and when the iPad died my son asked Chad to retrieve the cord from my Sorrento and he happily did. He was not put out nor did he show any level of vice in engaging a special needs child. When you couple this level of kindness to excellent service you realize you have found a great company. Gay Kia appears to be a company based on putting forth the extra instead of just being ordinary which in turn makes them EXTRAordinary. I’ll be buying my next car from here because of the service department and especially Chad!

Bought my KIA Sportage here in 2010. Have done all major repairs here, and have had a great experience every time. Prices are a bit high, as expected from a dealership, but I’ve never had return work, and have always been treated well. Complementary snacks and coffee. Nice quiet waiting area for service. Free WiFi. Good customer service, good mechanic work. What more could you ask for?

I knew all Kias couldn't be horrible like Fredy Kia. After the service advisor at Fredy said they dont have mechanics who can help me I drove to Gay Kia.
The service advisor said schedule an appointment I cant take walk ins. Then the manager overheard the conversation and said with your DVD if it works it works if it doesnt then it doenst. It's very simple. They took the car and order a new one right aways.
This was beyond exceeding the expectations and amazing customer service. It was such an easy solution and no one took the time to even see it.
We got a brand new kia with 36 miles!!!!

Derek Powell, Collision Manager, made lemonade out of life’s lemons. Made the annoying circumstance I was in, easy breezy with great customer service and proper communication while I was awaiting my cars repair. He even had it washed and ready to go for my arrival. A signature later, I was back in my car and on the road. Thanks Derek

The sale man Dylan Ebbs was excellent. Very professional informative and handle my grandmother with care. If you are in the market I would definitely recommend him. Also manager Michael James is a stand up guy. I would definitely ask for anyone of these guys.

After having the WORST experience at another Houston area Kia dealership, I found a 2018 Soul on Gay’s website. I requested contact on the vehicle and Jack called me back almost immediately!! I made a fair cash offer, and in under 5 minutes a deal was made! We set an appointment, I made the arrangements on my end, and even though I showed up over an hour early for my appointment, Jack expedited the entire process to get me out the door efficiently! Jack and the entire staff were super fun, friendly, and such a pleasure to meet and do business with! Ben was terrific and handled the financial end so smoothly!! No surprises, and such a great personable guy!! If you’ve never considered a Kia or are looking to purchase another, I highly recommend using Gay Kia as your dealership of choice! Give Jack a call!! I have been driving a BMW 3-series for about 10 years (3 different ones) and was intrigued when the Kia Stinger was introduced. I called Gay Family Kia and Jack McLaren took great care of me through the entire process. Gay Family Kia is a Car Pro approved dealership and is the second time I have used Car Pro dealerships for a new vehicle.
